Brandon Hall Group Awards NIIT with Prestigious Honors
NIIT honored with ‘Excellence Awards’ for Performance Support, Learning, and Marketing
 
ATLANTA, GA – November 23, 2011 –NIIT, a global managed training services company, has been awarded three top honors from theBrandon Hall Group.  Brandon Hall Group is the preeminent research and analyst organization focused on developing learning, talent management and business research to help drive organizational performance. NIIT received honors in the three chief categories of Performance Support, Learning, and Sales & Marketing.

Earning Silver honors in the Best Use of Performance Support category, the NIIT andToyota custom product knowledge assessment solution not only thoroughly evaluates sales consultants on their knowledge but also incorporates an edutainment factor - a departure from traditional evaluation which tends to be monotonous.  More than 10,000 sales consultants have taken the assessment, sharing valuable insights and analysis with Toyota.  Beyond understanding the impact of training, testing the inherent knowledge of the sales force provides vital insights to the organization.
 
Securing a second silver honor in the Best Use of Virtual Worlds for Learning category, NIIT worked withKFC to develop a new and innovative training solution that could easily be deployed nationwide to help meet the following challenges:  Engaging Gen Y, Transition to E-Learning, Standardization, and Business Impact.  The virtual solution was able to meet all of the key learning challenges successfully – learner engagement, transition to e-learning, standardization of learning and business impact.  With its cost-effectiveness, ease of implementation and result-oriented measurable goals, the NIIT developed curriculum has become the training model of choice not only for KFC but also for its parent company,YUM! Brands.
