Graduates from any stream with above 20 years (at the training start date) and work experience between 0-3 years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in the Banking sector should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, is a pre-requisite for the programme.

ALl candidates will need to appear and clear an Online Assessment and an NIIT Interview. The candidates who clear both will be called to an interview conducted by Axis Bank. The candidates who clear all the stages will be eligible to join the programme.

The student will be placed as a Priority Banking Relation Manager at a Deputy Manager Grade at any of the Axis Bank Branches.

The training will happen at NIIT University in Neemrana which is an award-winning green campus on the Delhi-Jaipur highway. The campus is spread across 75 acres, and is a walled campus with a single entry and 24-hours security.

Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language, both written and spoken.

Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking and Relationship Management – From NIIT University

Axis Bank will issue the student with a provisional offer letter that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student has to be abiding by the terms & conditions mentioned in the offer.

The total fee for the programme is ₹2,25,000 + taxes. There is Loan available from the Axis Bank on programme fee minus the admission fee i.e. ₹2,15,000 at a nominal rate of interest of 13%.

The programme fee includes 6.5 months of residential training + 5.5 months of guided internship/OJT at an Axis Bank branch. During the internship, the student will earn a stipend of Rs. 12,000, which is followed by 2.5 months of on-the-job training with a paid salary. The fee includes costs of training, accommodation, and food in the campus. Any expenses of personal nature like laundry, etc are not a part of the programme fee.

Once you are selected by Axis Bank, you will have to pay an admission fee of ₹10,000 on getting the admission letter. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed or via the loan option provided by Axis Bank.

• PAN card Aadhar Card Address Proof (Passport / Driving License/Voter’s Id)
• Birth Date Proof (Passport / Driving License / Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate)
• Academic Certificates (X, XII, Graduation all documents)
• Relieving letter from your last employer will be required if you have been or are a working professional

The programme fee will be collected in 2 installments. Once the Term starts and you exit in between the installment paid for the respective Term is not refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee is refunded excluding the admission fee of Rs.10000.

The Priority Banking programme is an initiative by Axis Bank – NIIT Academy of Relationship and Wealth Management focused on building talent at Axis Bank and aims to create next-generation Priority Bankers.

No, the programme requires you to have completed graduation at the time of joining. But if you are in the final semester of your graduation, you can apply for 3^rd Batch of the programme. 

The internship will have to be done at any of Axis Bank branches basis the needs and business requirements of the Bank and will be for three months. Students will be paid a stipend of ₹12,000 per month during the internship.

No, this is a fully residential programme and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this programme and at the time of joining this programme, you are required to submit a Relieving letter from your last employer.

It is the sole discretion of the Bank to place the candidate at any of their given branches depending upon their requirements.

EMI will start only after 6 months of joining the bank. However, the interest component starts from the month the 1st instalment is released at 13% rate of interest.
