All candidates will need to appear and clear an Online Assessment, and NIIT Interview. The candidates who clear both will be called for an interview by Axis Bank. The candidates who clear all the stages will be eligible to join the programme.

The student will be placed as a Deputy Manager in various FinTech roles at Axis Bank - Mumbai/Bangalore location. The roles can be of Full Stack Developer, BA Product Owner, Infra & DevOps, or Quality Assistance.

The training will happen virtually using various online collaborative platforms. Mentors will guide through the program and the entire learners will communicate within themselves using Slack channels.

Eligible candidates should possess good command over the English language, and also should have good coding skills.

Upon completion of the programme you will receive a Post Graduate Programme in Full Stack Software Engineer - FinTech, certificate from NIIT.

Axis Bank will issue a provisional offer letter to a registered student that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student should abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer.

Apart from the applicable application fee, the programme fee is ₹2,50,000 + taxes.

The programme fee includes virtual immersive training, Cloud Labs, Curriculum and Mentor Sessions.

Once you are selected by Axis Bank in the pre-programme Interview, you will have to pay an admission fee of ₹15,000 + taxes on getting the admission letter. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed or via the education loan option provided by Axis Bank.

Following documents are required during selection:

• PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Address Proof (Passport / Driving License / Voter’s Id)
• Birth Date Proof (Passport / Driving License / Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate)
• Academic Certificates (X, XII, Graduation all documents)
• Relieving letter from your last employer will be required if you have work experience

The programme fee will be collected in 2 installments. Once the term starts, there will be no refund on exiting the program for which the installment has been paid. If you wish to leave before the programme commencement, then the fee is refunded excluding the admission fee of ₹15,000 + taxes.

The FinTech Professional Programme is an initiative of 'Axis Bank – NIIT Digital Banking Academy' focused on building deep skilled FinTech talent at Axis Bank and aims to create next-generation Digital Banking Professionals.

If you are in the final year of your Graduation you can apply, but the programme requires you to have completed graduation at the time of training start.

There is no internship involved in this programme.

No, this is a full time immersive programme and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this programme and at the time of joining this programme, you are required to submit a Relieving letter from your last employer.

It is the sole discretion of the Bank to place the candidate at any of their location depending upon their requirements.

EMI will start only after 6 months of joining the bank. However, the interest component starts from the month the 1st installment is released at 13% rate of interest.
