Referral Scheme

• NIIT’s Referral Policy has been designed with a vision to make upskilling a lucrative and economical option for the friends and family members of our Learner community.
• It is the responsibility of the Referrer to take consent from the Referral before sharing the contact details of the Referral. The Referrer should also inform the Referral that NIIT team will be contacting them post submitting the details.
• The Referral Reward benefit will be applicable only if the Referrer detail is new and does not already exist in the system. In the event of discrepancy, NIIT would have the sole right to determine the eligibility of the Referral claim.
• The Referral Reward benefit can’t be claimed for the Registrations already happened. It can be claimed only for the new Registrations that comply with the process and for whom the Referrer has shared the details through the Referral Link.
• The Referral Reward applies only to the first enrollment of the Referee. If the Referee enrolls in another Program later, the Referrer will not be eligible for additional Rewards.
• If the Referrer shares the details of any Referee, then it is implied that the Referrer has read, understood and agrees to all the terms and conditions of the Referral Reward Scheme and abide by the same.
• If the Referral post Registration either cancels the Registration, apply for a refund of the Program, discontinues or becomes a defaulter the Referral Benefits will be discontinued.
• The Referrer who earns cash pay-out as a Referral Reward from NIIT needs to submit their Complete Address including PIN Code, Bank Details include home branch address and IFSC Code, with scanned cancelled cheque, PAN Account details along with a signed and scanned copy of PAN Card, contact number and email-ID online to get the payment processed.
• The Referrer must submit PAN and bank details within three months from the Referee’s batch commencement date to claim the Referral Reward. Failure to do so will result in the benefit lapsing and becoming void.
• The Referrer must provide only their own PAN and bank details. Referral Rewards cannot be claimed using third-party PAN or bank account details.
• The Referral Rewards for the Referrer will be processed only after the Referee has completed attending the batch for one month and paid the 1^st Installment (if applicable).
• All these benefits are applicable only for Learners and will not be applicable in case the Referrer or the Referee Learner is an NIIT Employee or Sourcing affiliate.
• NIIT may decide to change any of the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Scheme including extending the scheme period or withdrawing this scheme any time without prior notice.
