NIIT Achieves Top Ranking in Training Magazine’s Top 125 List

NIIT is selected best among Employee Development organizations
 
ATLANTA, GA – Tuesday, February 14, 2012 –NIIT, a global managed training services company, was rated Number 86 on the prestigiousTraining Top 125 List.  Now in its 12th year, Training Magazine honors those companies that are unsurpassed in harnessing human capital.  This is NIIT’s fourth consecutive year of making an appearance on the list.  NIIT continues to be the sole training provider on this list whose entire business is training and development programs.
 
Final rankings were announced last evening, during theTraining 2012 Conference & Expo at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.  Training Magazine hosted an invitation-only, black-tie gala honoring the selected companies and included the official countdown to Number 1.
 
The Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives. “We tweaked the 2012 Training Top 125 criteria, placing additional emphasis on the qualitative scoring and requiring even more specific evidence of the effectiveness of training programs and their role in the achievement of corporate strategic goals.  The competition was fierce this year,” said Lorri Freifeld, editor-in-chief of Training Magazine.
