Training Magazine Places NIIT on its Elite Top 125 List

NIIT ranks among the best at Employee Development
 
ATLANTA, GA – November 22, 2011 –NIIT, a global managed training services company, today announced it has once again been placed on the prestigiousTraining Top 125 List.  Now in its 12th year, Training Magazine honors those companies that are unsurpassed in harnessing human capital.  This is NIIT’s fourth consecutive year of making an appearance on the list.
 
The Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives. “We tweaked the 2012 Training Top 125 criteria, placing additional emphasis on the qualitative scoring and requiring even more specific evidence of the effectiveness of training programs and their role in the achievement of corporate strategic goals,” said Lorri Freifeld, editor-in-chief of Training Magazine. “The competition was fierce this year”, continued Freifeld.

Final rankings will be announced on Monday, February 13, 2012 during theTraining 2012 Conference & Expo at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.  Training Magazine will host an invitation-only, black-tie gala honoring the selected companies.  The evening will include the official countdown to Number 1, and all companies will receive Training Top 125 awards of recognition. The United States headquarters for NIIT are located in Atlanta and the company will host a fully interactive booth at the Training 2012 Conference & Expo.
