Meta Critic game of all time, Grand Theft Auto, Chinatown Wars. The art director on our serious game and simulation design team has a
similarly strong resume, coming to us from Konami where he served as lead character animator for the Tomb Raider series, among other
hit games.
Art Director with speciality in character modeling and animation. Back in the day, Jerr played a lead role in the Tomb Raider franchise. Jerr has been instrumental in pioneering, building and managing our in-house character library. Martyn specializes in technical design using his skills to build lighting rigs, produce game design docs and script character behaviors. An experienced hard surface modeler. Matt is our Senior Artist who has worked on franchises such as Killzone, Call of Duty, and Mafia to name a few. Matt excels at refining our art pipelines to ensure we are constantly ahead of the curve. Any waking moment Matt can find away from the busy life of being a father, he likes to practice mixed martial arts, lift weights, walk his dog, and on a weekend can often be found on his Fishing kayak. Lead Environment Artist with decades of experience working on major franchises such as Tomb Raider. Richard leads our modelling teams to ensure we deliver beautiful looking environments for every project. As a priority, he ensures the office constantly has donuts in stock.
