Candidates working in unorganized sector in sales domain with limited opportunity to grow in their career. Career oriented individuals who have a strong determination to move ahead in life & work in the financial sector.
Candidates will need to appear for the ICICI Bank Sales Profiler Test (that checks a candidate’s aptitude for sales profiles) and the English Proficiency Test (where student’s basic English writing skills are evaluated) followed by a Personal Interview with the ICICI team. A candidate who clears all the above rounds is eligible to register for the programme.
The programme comes with a placement offer from ICICI Bank. On successful completion of the course, the candidates will be absorbed in the bank at the level of Relationship Officer.
