1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all Learners enrolling in the following program. By Enrolling, Learners agree to comply with all the Program guidelines, rules, regulations, schedules, administrative procedures, and disciplinary requirements.
1.1 Program Name
GenAI Spark Program on Marketing
1.2 Eligibility and Prerequisites
There are no specific academic prerequisites or technical background required to enroll in this session. Prior experience in marketing, design, or AI is not necessary.
To participate effectively, learners should have:
- A laptop or smartphone with a functional camera, microphone, and stable internet connection
- An active Instagram or LinkedIn profile, or willingness to create one during the session
- Basic proficiency in English communication
2. Program Admission
- Candidates must apply online at www.niit.com.
- A unique application ID is generated upon successful submission of the application.
- Enrolment is confirmed post payment, generating a unique Enrolment ID.
3. Fee Payment
- Payments must be made online through the NIIT website.
- Payments made via cash or mobile payment apps ( such as Google Pay/Paytm etc) to third parties or to the personal account of any NIIT official are unauthorized. NIIT is not responsible for such payments.
- All payments are subject to an additional GST of 18%.
- Masterclass access is granted only after fee payment.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation are not applicable for this Program
5. Program Duration and Mode of Delivery
Session Format Prerecorded webinar , facilitator-led sessions, interactive activities, and live Q&A
Total Duration 4 hours (single-session, non-modular)
Delivery Mode Online , laptop or smartphone with webcam and stable internet connection
Structure Opening (15 min) + 4 Modules (3 hrs. 45 min)
6. Medium of Instruction
- English is the medium of instruction for this Program
7. Certification
- Learners will receive a Digital Certificate upon completion of the Program
8. Communication
- Primary communication from NIIT is via email (registered email ID) of the Learner.
- NIIT may also use SMS, calls, post, or LMS messages.
- Enrolment implies consent for NIIT to use the personal information of the Learner for communication for this Program and all future Programs.
9.Access Validity
- Learners will have access to the video for up to 1 month from the date of registration.
10. Learner Support
- Learners can email any support required to CustomerCareDigital@niit.com with their details. NIIT will respond to the query within a period of 3 – 5 business days.
11. Privacy Policy
- Learners must comply with the privacy policy and T&C on the LMS and NIIT website. Unethical behaviour may result in admission cancellation and fee forfeiture.
12. Amendments
- NIIT reserves the right to amend the T&C without prior notice due to process improvements, research, technological advancements, industry requirements, and statutory compliance. Amendments will be updated on the LMS and notified to Learners.
13. Learners Undertaking
- By enrolling and paying the Program fee, Learners confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions as mentioned in this document. They acknowledge that the T&C supersede any prior discussions or assurances from an NIIT official or third parties.
14. Disclaimer
- NIIT is not a university or AICTE/UGC recognized institute and does not award degrees. It is a skills development organization offering industry-relevant training.
