Deepak Garg

Deepak is an Academic Co-ordinator and BFSI trainer with IFBI for over 14 years.  Besides being a specialist in Banking Domain, he has undertaken academic delivery for more than 11,000 hrs. He has trained more than 5000 professionals in various Private sector and Public sector banks.

He has rich experience in Banking operations, software implementation and training. Proficient in ERP systems and Core Banking solutions such as Finacle and Flexcube. Deepak manages a team of 30 trainers spread over Delhi, UP, Haryana and MP.
 

He is Post Graduate in Statistics from Hindu College University of Delhi secured first position in college. He completed his PGDCA from Jamia Hamdard University.

Lakshmi Madhavan

Lakshmi is a seasoned professional having 32 years of experience with premier Private Banking institutions. She is the Academic Coordinator for NIIT IFBI- East since 2008.

Lakshmi has rich expertise in developing the employability skills of individuals.  Besides being a Training specialist in Banking Domain, her forte is Soft Skills, Customer Service, Behavioural Science and Selling skills. She has undertaken academic delivery for more than 12,000 hours. As a corporate trainer, Lakshmi has trained over 5000 professionals of Private Sector and Public Sector Banks.

Lakshmi holds B.com degree, certifications in IRDA, NISM and also a Diploma in Computerized Financial Accounting (DCFA).

Srinivas Devalla

Mr. Srinivas Devalla brings in experience of 30 years with BFSI industry out of which 12 years with AP Mahesh Coop Bank, 3 years in Banking technology Implementation Finalce with Nelito Systems who were Partners to Infosys for Core Banking Implementation.

Engaged with NIIT for last 15 years as Academic Coordinator of Telangana and AP State, successfully trained hundreds of batches and thousands of students from these states

Amitava Ghosh

IFBI trainer with 20 years of experience in Banking operations, software implementation and training. Proficient at ERP systems, RDBMS, and Core Banking systems such as Finacle and Flexcube. Have been associated with IFBi for training on banking operations, sales & management, financial markets, financial products and soft skills.

Apart from having an NISM certification, Amitava is MCP Certified form Microsoft on WinNT platform and OCP certified on ORACLE RDBMS.

Bhawna Rohera

With over 25 years of experience in Banking industry, Bhavna Rohera brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience in to her training. She has worked with Indian Overseas Bank as well as HSBC Dubai UAE.

Presently a senior trainer with NIIT IFBI, she has been a trainer in the BFSI sector for more than 8 years. She has trained more than 15000  entry level to middle management level employees of leading banks and BFSI companies. Her command areas include retail banking, international banking, soft skills and Finacle software. 
She is passionate & enthusiastic trainer whose goal is to make learning fun.

Brij Lal Sarwan

Senior Trainer with IFBI NIIT for the last over 9 years.  Handled Retail and Corporate Training Assignments successfully.  Adjudged as Valued Trainer for the years ended 2016, 2017 and 2018 by NIIT.

He has rich banking experience for more than 38 years with Central Bank of India as Regional/Zonal Head. Besides, also empanelled as General Manager (Disciplinary Action) with IDBI Bank for six years. Specialised in all fields of Banking - Banking and financial services Management / Administration / Legal matters / Financial education delivery.

ANJANA BASU

Worked as Deputy Vice President in Axis Bank Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd; Bharat Overseas Bank Ltd.

Great motivator & source of inspiration to students. This senior trainer has trained more than 1000 students for ICICI Bank.

ASHWINKUMAR P ADHYARU

Ashwin Adhyaru is a mission-oriented leader with over 29 years of experience in the domain of Banking.   Has vast experience of working in prominent private sector banks.  Have worked in the areas of Operations, Retail Banking, Transaction Processing, Corporate Banking – Trade Finance and Client Servicing etc .  Acquired Certification in Financial Planning & its various products.

Being an Optimistic & enthusiastic Trainer, has a unique way of teaching the students.  Believes in delivering ,  Traditional Banking along with the Digital Banking. 

Presently a Faculty Trainer with NIIT - BFSI sector for almost 2 years ,  has trained more than 500  entry level new recruits of leading pvt banks, giving them confidence of knowledge when they embark on the first day of their joining the Bank. 

Jagdish Chander Juneja

Having 35 years of rich banking experience in a public sector bank J C Juneja has a vast amount of knowledge and experience. He has worked as Branch Head for almost 20 years in various scales and has headed very large branches in Delhi and Bangalore. He worked as AGM in Zonal Office Delhi in his last leg of service.

Presently a senior trainer with NIIT IFBI, he has been a trainer in the BFSI sector for more than four and a half years. He has trained more than 1000 entry level officers of a leading bank. His command areas are retail banking, HR, International Banking, credit, audit, inspection and soft skills.

He is a passionate and enthusiastic trainer whose goal is to make each learner interactive in the class with a positive proactive and professional mindset. He has a lot of patience and makes each learner comfortable in the class.

SARV MANGAL AGARWAL

37 years of Banking career with Punjab National Bank. S M Aggarwal has rich banking experience in all banking verticals like Loans, Securities, General Banking, Foreign Exchange, IT field, Audit and training.

Joined NIIT Ltd.in 2016 and conducted Training programs for Sales Officers, Senior officers of ICICI Bank. Besides, conducted programs for Axis Bank  and Bank  of Baroda (General and Finacle 10).

He is a postgraduate in chemistry and done certification in CAIIB, Risk Management Diploma, IT diploma.

Mahendranath

28 years of experience with State Bank of India, in retail banking. Associated with IFBI as a trainer for the last 11 years.

Specialization in Banking, Financial services, Accounting, Insurance, Banking Law, and practice and marketing of services. A passionate trainer, Mahendranath uses data points and practical examples from his vast experience to make classroom highly experiential.

R Gururaj

24 years of experience with Andhra Bank as a Branch Head. Corporate trainer at IFBI for the last 8 years.

Conversant with Core Banking solutions as well as all Technology products and channels in Banks and digital payment solutions. Training expertise lies in Banking domain, behavioural and technology-based training.

Sunil Kumar Mittal

Sunil is a senior trainer at IFBI, with 21 years of experience in Banking Operations and 6 years in Marketing of Financial Services, Stock broking, Advising Structuring and placement of securities including Regulatory Compliances. Sunil has had a long stint with Punjab National Bank and also worked with a Stock broking house. He has been a senior trainer with IFBI for the past 10 years.

He possesses certifications in CAIIB, IRDAI, NSE’s National Certification in Financial Markets NSDL and Diploma in Personnel  Management & Industrial Relations.
