He has led critical initiatives for the expansion of the company in North America and Europe through significant acquisitions, including Cognitive Arts, Eagle Productivity Solutions, St. Charles Consulting Group, Sweet Rush, Inc., and mst Group. Under his leadership, NIIT Learning Systems Limited has grown to become a market leading learning services provider and offer AI-powered L&D solutions across its entire service portfolio. Sapnesh joined NIIT Learning Systems Limited in 1992 and has a long and accomplished tenure at the company.
