Dr. Gregg Collins is the Chief Learning Scientist for NIIT's Corporate Learning Group. A Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Yale University, Dr. Collins played a key role in the seminal research carried out at ILS and was one of the authors of Northwestern University's graduate program in Instructional Design. He co-founded Cognitive Arts Corporation in 1995 to commercialize ILS and later became Head of Instructional Design. Following NIIT's acquisition of Cognitive Arts in 2002, he continued to lead instructional design innovation. Learning programs developed under Dr. Collins' leadership have won numerous international awards, and Cognitive Arts has consistently been recognized as a pioneer in applying instructional design and technology to support effective learning.
