Sangita Singh is a global business leader with over three-decade career in technology industry. Across leadership roles spanning cloud applications, healthcare & life sciences, AI-led platforms, and enterprise solutions, she has consistently focused on building organizations that create meaningful, sustained impact – for businesses and for society.
Over the past 30 years, she has led multi-billion-dollar businesses at IBM, Infosys, Wipro and Microsoft — scaling global portfolios and shaping industry transformations across cloud, AI, and digital platforms.
At Microsoft, Sangita redefined the global IT/ITES strategy with a bold AI-first transformation playbook that created 360° partnerships with landmark deals and three consecutive years of record-breaking growth. Her leadership helped scale impact through high-caliber teams and a culture grounded in purpose and ambition.
As an Independent Director at NIIT Limited (2021–2023), she contributed to strengthening NIIT’s focus on future-ready talent and alignment of learning with industry needs in a fast-evolving digital economy — reflecting her conviction that learning, applied with purpose, is one of the most powerful pathways to opportunity.
Beyond the corporate sphere, Sangita serves as a Partner at Social Venture Partners, mentoring early-stage NGOs and investing in collaborative solutions for community-centered impact — reflecting her belief that growth and inclusion must advance together.

Sangita has a Bachelor of Engineering in EE from the NIT, Durgapur, India.
